Obtaining the branch requires players to defeat the Tree spirit that guards it which is done so during the quest Lost City.

It can be crafted into a Dramen staff with a knife and 31 Crafting allowing access to the lost city of Zanaris and to the fairy ring transportation network. It is possible to return to Entrana and cut more branches from the Dramen tree although it is advised players make multiple staves upon completion of the quest as this prevents the need for a return trip should the staff be lost. If a player has level 31 crafting they may use a knife with Dramen branches to create a Dramen staff. Once the spirit is defeated the tree can be cut for extra branches at any time without further attacks. You need a Woodcutting level of 36 in order to cut it off of the tree. It requires level 36 Woodcutting to cut.
